I apply my experience and knowledge in DEI and design thinking to advocate for Women of Color in the tech sector. I believe in creating solutions that promote inclusivity and drive industry-wide change. My focus is on building sustainable initiatives and supportive networks that empower our community.

Having experienced the lack of representation in the data and tech industries, I wish to help build inclusive environments that encourage belonging and supports equity for those who are in disadvantage.
