EMMSTECH is a nonprofit organization founded in October 2018 during a spontaneous meetting between four women from different backgrounds who experienced the underrepresentation of Women of Colour in Technology and Entrepreneurship and the lack of opportunities created for women of colour by women of colour in the industry.
EMMSTECH has grown into a Nordic organisation that supports women by creating opportunities for growth, learning, and representation.
We aim to provide innovative and meaningful content and want to create a shift in the discussion of diversity and inclusion within tech by placing our community at the centre and creating a conversation with them and not about them.
